Bucks look set to make their mark

MORECAMBE seem likely to be involved in a relegation battle in League One this season and their recent form suggests they should be wary of taking on Northern Premier League Buxton Town in the FA Cup today.

The Shrimps have won just one of their last nine league games, conceding at least twice in seven of those, and confidence is likely to be low after a home 4-0 thumping by MK Dons last week.

Buxton play four levels further down the pyramid, but have been enjoying a decent season and are just a point off the pace in their division.

There could be an early storm for Morecambe to weather against a Buxton team who have scored at least twice in six of their nine home games and could at least find the net.
