I’m a huge fan of Gerri Colombe and I’ll be very disappointed if he gets beaten here. He isn’t flashy but always gets the job done and made it six-from-six in a Limerick Grade 1 chase on Boxing Day. It took a few strides for him to seal victory but he was comfortably on top at the line so this stiff finish should be perfect for him.

The biggest threat could come from one of Nicky Henderson’s duo.
