Tote Jackpot Win or share the pool by finding the first six winners at the Jackpot meeting. Retention 29%.

Tote Placepot Available at all meetings on the first six races. Selection must finish in the first two in races of 5-7 runners; first three 8+; first four 16+ handicaps. Selection must win if 2-4 runners. Retention 27%.

Tote Scoop6 Pool bet covering six TV races (usually all on Channel 4). Stake of £2 goes to three separate pools: win 35%, place 20%, bonus 15% (Tote retention 30%). Punters successful in the win pool qualify to forecast the winner of the bonus race the following Saturday.

Tote Quadpot Races 3-6, as Placepot. Retention 26%.

Tote Trifecta Forecast first three in correct order in selected races of 8+ runners. Retention 29%.

Tote Exacta Forecast first two in correct order in races of 3+ runners. Retention 24%.

Place 6 Bookmakers’ version of Placepot.

Place 5 As Place 6, but covers races 2-6.

Tricast Bookmakers’ version of Trifecta. Offered on handicaps (and occasional other races) with 8+ declarations, provided at least six run.

Computer Straight Forecast Bookmakers’ version of Exacta. Favourite (lowest racecard number if joint-favs) replaces non-runner in Jackpot, Placepot, Scoop6, Super7 and Quadpot.
