I tipped up Fakir D’oudairies to win this race back in October and see no reason to change my mind. Second in last year’s Arkle, he has proven that his best form comes in spring on good ground, and his second behind Chacun Pour Soi in last month’s Dublin Chase at Leopardstown on soft ground is a clear sign he is coming into form at the right time. First Flow was impressive in the Clarence House Chase at Ascot and a repeat of that performance will see him go close.
