Collective groans as I’m tipping another favourite, but Chacun Pour Soi looks rock-solid here. I had my doubts as to whether he was the strongest finisher (a worry with Altior knocking around), but he was produced later at Leopardstown last time and that dispelled the concern – he hit the line much harder. Politologue and First Flow will go hard from the front, and Paul Townend will get a nice tow into the race before pushing the button between the final two fences.
