WEDNESDAY CORAL CUP HANDICAP HURDLE

1. Grand Roi 2. Monte Cristo 3. Koshari Grand Roi has solid claims. Previously with Nicky Henderson, he has been highly tried since crossing the Irish Sea. Not beaten far by Graded performers, he looks competitively handicapped and a step up to the intermediate trip looks sure to suit. Monte Cristo turned a few heads when winning cosily at 25-1 last time. I doubt the handicapper has caught up with him yet. Koshari did well to finish sixth last time following a mistake early in the race. The drop back to 2m5f is a positive too.
