JACK HAYNES

1. Galvin

2. Royale Pagaille

3. Longhouse Poet

This race revolves around whether Royale Pagaille takes his chance rather than contesting the Brown Advisory or Gold Cup. That uncertainty remains so I will side with Galvin, who is definitely going for this and was unlucky to bump into Imperial Aura at the festival last season. He beat the rest fair and square in the novices’ handicap chase and made use of his experience over fences to win four novice events in the summer/autumn. He has to go close whether Royale Pagaille lines up or not.
