Concertista won the Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle at this meeting last year (she was also second in it in 2019) and hasn’t been beaten in her two starts this season looking even better. She clearly brings her best to the festival and has the talent to be competing in the Champion Hurdle, so this should be well within her capabilities. Floressa is admirable and consistent, and has shaped as if this step up in trip would suit her.
