El Fabiolo the pick for Mullins in Arkle test

The Willie Mullins team has an embarrassment of riches for the Irish Arkle on Saturday, but I’m hoping he runs EL FABIOLO.

He was a top novice hurdler last season, running Jonbon close in a Grade 1 at Aintree.

Then he made the perfect start to his chasing career at Fairyhouse in December when beating Colonel Mustard easily.

This will obviously be tougher but he has the class to get involved if he is given the green light.

Dublin Racing Festival can go to the Paul Nolan-trained SANDOR

CLEGANE.

He was a bit disappointing on his hurdles debut at Galway in October when well beaten by Three Card Brag.

However, he was much better last time out when an easy winner at Punchestown back in November. He can cement his Albert Bartlett credentials with a win.
