Moore team have real chances of a double

SANDOWN

Gary Moore has a several big chances on this card, most notably NATURALLY HIGH (1.15).

The son of Camelot spent 923-days on the sidelines after a decent Flat career in France and has taken a while to find his feet in this discipline but he was well backed at Lingfield recently and didn’t disappoint, eventually pulling more than seven lengths clear.

He has gone up 12lb but is still at the right end of the weights and could be capable of building up a sequence now that he’s rediscovered his old spark.

His stablemate SHALLWEHAVEONEMORE (12.05) should go well in the opener.

The four-year-old made a good impression when landing his sole bumper at Kempton in March and was only narrowly denied when switched to hurdles at Ascot in October.

The biggest danger is likely to come from Paul

Nicholls’ recent winner Outlaw Peter.

HEURE DE GLOIRE

(12.40) is an interesting contender in the mares’ handicap hurdle.

David Pipe’s filly won at Pau last December and made an encouraging start for new connections

at Huntingdon in March, where she only lost out to Bellatrixsa who has won again since.

An entry in the Listed race later on the card suggests connections think they’ve been given a workable mark for her handicap debut.
